With this benchtop welding array, set up shop on any stable surface and fasten insulation with high quality welds. Rely on the strong and durable welding unit that can stand up to a variety of jobs including 3inch liner. Thanks to a technological breakthrough, the 7005HS high speed welder is built with the same high quality material as before. Functioning without any mechanical reed switches, the 7005HS on-board computer has been turbo-charged for peak performance. The new Programmable Logic Controller produces welding speeds never before seen without sacrificing weld quality. Cycle Time : At 83 cycles per minute, the new PLC reaches coil line speeds.*
Continuous Fire : Depressing the ergonomic foot pedal while the Continuous Fire switch is on allows the operator to continuously weld pins without having to lift their foot off the pedal.
Single Weld Control : Simply set the machine for the gauge you want based on pin size and thickness of sheet metal. Weld and dwell time are calculated by the PLC.
High Output Transformer : Produces the strongest possible weld for 1/2" all the way to full 2" pins, fastened to 16-26 gauge sheet metal.
